1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777wc ("777wc", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://777wc.pro. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the 777wc website, mobile application, and any related services offered under the 777wc brand.

2 Eligibility

• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 777wc services, players must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 777wc. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, same IP address, or any other identifying factor — is strictly prohibited. 777wc uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any associated funds or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777wc username and password. 777wc will never ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777wc support immediately.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person — not friends, family members, or support representatives.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any additional security features offered in your account settings as and when they become available.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

No currency conversion fees are charged to players on deposits or withdrawals.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 777wc account within seconds under normal circumstances.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to two business days.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within your account dashboard.
• 777wc reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity or money laundering.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account in the same name as the registered 777wc account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Before your first withdrawal, 777wc may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3 above.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full, as specified in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. 777wc targets same-day processing for verified accounts in good standing, but bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two additional business days on the receiving bank's end.
• 777wc reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request prior to processing, particularly for large amounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777wc offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Pakistani players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes tied to major cricket events such as the PSL. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet specified wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real funds.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms available in your account dashboard after login.
• 777wc reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for any promotion at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment use only and may not be claimed by players using irregular betting strategies designed to extract value with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting").
• Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who have held a previous 777wc account and subsequently registered a new account to claim a second welcome bonus will have both accounts closed and funds forfeited.

New 777wc players who make their first deposit are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 10,000 in bonus funds, subject to the applicable bonus wagering terms displayed during the registration and deposit process. The welcome bonus must be claimed at the time of the first deposit — it cannot be applied retroactively to deposits already processed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 777wc are subject to the platform's general betting and gaming rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the platform. Pakistani players engaging with cricket betting, live casino, slots, or fishing games on 777wc are expected to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before wagering real money.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 777wc does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted, except in cases of clear and demonstrable system error on 777wc's part.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, 777wc reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period. Any funds deducted will be returned to player accounts.

• In cases where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or deemed void, bets will be settled in accordance with the settlement rules displayed for the relevant market at the time of bet placement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 777wc platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, verification, or any subsequent communication with 777wc; impersonating another person; submitting forged or manipulated identity documents.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on 777wc under any circumstances, including under different names, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players, casino staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on 777wc.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or access the 777wc platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Match Fixing and Inside Information: Placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of any sporting event, or participating in any arrangement to fix the result of a sporting event.
• Money Laundering: Using the 777wc platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from or intended to be used for criminal activity.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the 777wc platform to gain credits, winnings, or access that would not otherwise be available. Any winnings obtained through system exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a payment provider for a deposit that was used for gaming activity on 777wc, without first attempting to resolve the issue through 777wc support.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777wc platform — including but not limited to the 777wc logo, brand name, website design, user interface, graphics, game assets, software, source code, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777wc or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 777wc platform without express written permission from 777wc.
• The 777wc name, logo, and all associated brand assets are trademarks of 777wc. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
• Games and game content on the 777wc platform are the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Use of game assets outside the 777wc platform is not permitted.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

777wc collects and processes personal data about players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform usage. The collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed by the 777wc Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering a 777wc account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by closing your account, subject to any legal obligations 777wc has to retain certain data for regulatory purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777wc's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 777wc is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• 777wc does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and connectivity issues may temporarily affect platform availability.
• 777wc is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from your decision to share access to your account with a third party.
• The platform is provided "as is" and 777wc makes no warranty regarding the fitness of any particular game or feature for any particular purpose.

11 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions below.

You may close your 777wc account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and remaining real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

777wc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure in a specific jurisdiction.

12 Responsible Gaming

777wc is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Pakistani players. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777wc's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority attached to 777wc's gaming license.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are strongly encouraged to contact 777wc support at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period — no less than 14 calendar days — for 777wc to investigate and respond to the complaint. The majority of player concerns are resolved swiftly through direct support contact.

• All disputes must be raised within 6 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
• The language of all dispute proceedings shall be English.
• Players may not initiate class action proceedings against 777wc. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
